After pairing at Future2Now, mentors support mentees through career challenges, providing bespoke advice and industry insights via platforms like zoom, Google Meet, Teams and more. Mentees set goals and prepare questions focused on career development, skill enhancement, and planning. The mentorship journey prioritises clear communication and proactive engagement to maximise value for both mentors and mentees. All sessions will be virtual.
